Pricing
At Ruby Spiritz ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.
Payment options
Ruby Spiritz ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Age limit at purchase
You must be at least 18 years old to shop at Ruby Spiritz ApS.
Delivery
Ruby Spiritz ApS strives to ship orders received before 17:00 on the same day, after which orders are shipped the next business day. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 49 kr. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your items will be sent with Post Nord or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If any problems arise, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The terms will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these items.
Right of complaint
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain in “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/error. Ruby Spiritz ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Reimbursement
In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day;
– Where you receive the order – Receive the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches – Receive the last batch or last part in physical possession in the case of an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts – The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period. You must bear the return costs yourself. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation.
The notification must be given by email at hello@rubyvermouth.com. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, please fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
– Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken after delivery.
– Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
– Non-financial services provided where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service has been fully performed.
– Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the consumer thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, journals or magazines, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements made at public auction.
– Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must attach a copy of the order form
